Refund Policy

1. Templates (digital downloads)

Because templates are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, sales are generally final. We will consider a refund within 7 days of purchase if the template has a material defect that isn't caused by misuse or third-party modification, provided it hasn't already been deployed to a live production site.

2. Custom work

Deposits for custom work are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations after work has started are handled on a milestone basis: you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

3. How to request a refund
